For the third time already PSNC, Wielkopolska ICT Cluster and the City of Poznan will present their achievements at CeBIT in Hannover (6-10.03.2012). It is the largest European event in the field of ICT that will be held under “Managing Trust – trust management” theme.

PSNC and the City of Poznan will be present on the official Polish stand in hall 6 at stand B46, organized by the Ministry of Economy, thereby promoting the best Polish brands in the field of innovative technologies. Wklaster (of which PSNC is the member) will be promoted on the 2 stand in hall 5, organized by the Marshal Office of the Wielkopolska Region.

PSNC’s actions as a supporting member of Wklaster member will, as usual, represent the scientific environment. Some of the most important branches of research, conducted at PSNC – eHealth and visualization technologies will be presented in Hannover. eHealth promotion will be focused on the first platform of the Wielkopolska Center of Telemedicine and on HIPERMED project (special promotional video was prepared for this occasion). Advanced work on visualization will be presented on a projection wall consisting of thirty-six 24-inch LCD monitors, with a total of 12K resolution, while the three-dimensional materials will be presented on a 3D TV. On such a “kit”, video materials prepared by the team of PLATON scientific HD TV will be presented.

As every year, the international fair in Hannover are very popular not only among the exhibitors, but also among individual users. It is estimated that this year, more than 3,000 visitors from 100 countries will visit the halls. Thanks to its unique formula – combining exhibition, conferences, lectures of worldwide celebrities, corporate events and talks on the sidelines – CeBIT inspires to make new business contacts, give an impetus to the industry and help to achieve market success.

Stands and lectures of the 2012 edition, held from 6-10 March, will be grouped in four major subject areas: CeBIT pro, gov, life i lab.
